Installation & Service
The job does not end at installation — we stay with the treatment performance.
Installation
Because we hold water and sewage facility contractor registration, supply and installation are not split between two companies. Where the contractor and the equipment supplier are separate, any problem starts with an argument about responsibility; when one company handles both, that step disappears.
- Site delivery, foundations and anchoring
- Supply, drain and chemical pipework, and electrical connection
- Commissioning, water quality verification and operator handover training
Maintenance
On a water treatment plant, a missed consumable change shows up first in the treated water quality and then in the equipment itself. Media, membranes and lamps all have a service interval, and that interval shortens as the feed water deteriorates.
| Item | Inspection and replacement |
|---|---|
| Filter media | Check fouling and backwash behaviour; replace or top up as needed |
| RO membranes | Check differential pressure, recovery and permeate quality; clean chemically or replace |
| Ion exchange resin | Check regeneration and hardness breakthrough; verify brine concentration |
| UV lamps | Check output decay against accumulated running hours; replace lamps and sleeves |
| Dosing pumps | Calibrate dose rate; inspect diaphragms and check valves |
| Instrumentation & control | Calibrate quality and flow meters; verify automatic sequences |
When something goes wrong
If treated water quality drops suddenly or the plant stops, we first go through the symptoms and instrument readings by phone and talk you through what can be corrected on site. Where parts need replacing, we arrange a visit.
